Who We Are

Lorimer Network Research is an Information Technology Group that specializes  in Technology Architecture and Engineering Consulting Services. Lorimer Network Research is a collection of Certified highly skilled Information Science and Advanced Technology Engineers and Architects that are actively involved with our corporate and home clients.  We strongly believe that our ability to focus on the clients needs (Mission Statement) is our strongest asset. We cover the spectrum from the small home office to major corporations as we feel that the needs of our clients are not dissimilar, no matter the size.  We can deliver expertise in the field of utilizing Information Technology  for your business or meeting your home needs. We recognize that the last place your organization or household wants to spend money is on technology and our services are designed to optimize your investment. We have multiple provider contacts as well as local phone line service providers that can deliver new services to your doorstep.  We will not lock you into service contracts or a minimum number of hours per month, we feel that is just plain wrong.  Why should you pay for services you do not need or want.  We however believe we should be there for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week when you need us and then only.

 

 

Service Area

Our direct service area covers Ouray, Montrose, Delta and San Miguel Counties which includes Ouray, Ridgway, Silverton, Telluride, Montrose and Delta.  We can provide services anywhere else in Colorado if needed.  Please contact us for details.

 

Partners

For large scale UNIX, Data Centers and Security Equipment and Engineering we partner with The Root Group.  For Databases and Data Warehouse consulting work we recommend Strategic Computing.   Strategic Computing handles the large scale database projects using SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle, plus C++and Java  programming.   We work closely with the CDG Group to provide Trend-Micro products to our customers.  Lastly if you need an ISP which has integrity and just great support and engineers Netrack is who we use for CoLocation and ISP services in the Front Range of Colorado, OurayNet , The Internet Company, Montrose Internet  and Qwest DSL for ISP Services in the Ouray County Area. Starting in November 2005 we will represent and work with Wild Blue a satellite KA band ISP for those in areas without high speed Internet.
