To participate in the All-Star meet, you must apply and be selected to the team. Swimmers who do not apply will not be selected. You may mail in your application or fill out the form electronically and email it to the Iowa Age Group Chair. The deadline for mail entries is Friday Dec 12th and the email deadline is Monday Dec 15th.

To be eligible for selection, athletes must be 14 years old or younger on the first day of All Stars, and must be USA Swimming registered for both 2008 and 2009. Only swims from Sept 1, 2008 through the entry deadline will be considered. Swims must be from a USA Swimming sanctioned, approved, or observed meet.

Swimmers will only be chosen from events they apply for. Times from events in SWIMS or in the Iowa Swimming database will not be considered for selection if the events are not on the application form. The event, seed time, meet and date of swim all must be completed for the event to be considered. Incomplete entries will be disregarded. Seed times must be for short course yards. Converted times are not allowed. Please list the events in order of preference to be considered. Swimmers are allowed to enter two individual events per session and a total of six for the meet. Five Iowa swimmers will be selected in each event.
